What information we process
We process only the information you give us through the contact form or by email:
- full name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- the content of your message.
Please do not include medical details in the message: we do not need them to answer your question about kGoal Boost or the exercises.
Our hosting provider also processes technical data that the browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type and time of the visit. This data is needed to keep the site secure and available.
Purposes and lawful bases
- To reply to your request and contact you, including by phone. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and the consent you give in the form (POPIA sections 11(1)(a) and 11(1)(b)).
- To operate and protect the site. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (POPIA section 11(1)(f)).
- To load typefaces from Google Fonts, only if you accept this in the cookie banner. Lawful basis: consent (POPIA section 11(1)(a)).
Providing the form data is optional, but without it we cannot reply to your request. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it to third parties.
Who we share information with
We use providers that process information on our behalf as operators, such as the service that handles the contact form, the hosting provider and the email provider. We put in place agreements on security and confidentiality. If a provider processes information outside South Africa, this happens only with appropriate safeguards, as required by POPIA section 72.
How long we keep information
We keep messages received through the form or email for up to 12 months from the last contact. Server technical logs are usually deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal information, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. Send your request to contact@urosenoro.com: we will reply within a reasonable period.
If you believe the processing of your information does not comply with POPIA, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss and unlawful use.

We may update this policy. The latest version is always available on this page.
